Good advice from everyone, i feel i respond best to this kind of diet too, i’m O blood type, so (i think) it’s a genetic predisposition.
You know all those chicken breasts n tuna that you used to eat? Fry them. Or buy tuna in oil instead of brine. Salad is a good vehivle for lots of oil. Lick the bowl afterwards. 6-7 eggs in butter, with cheese is a meal from heaven, and as long as you balance it out with other poly/mono fats, the theory is your heart will not explode. Have fun man
I also think I respond to this type of diet best too. I eat a ton of fat, it is my primary macro. I really don’t see what all the fuss is about, I feel great, no energy problems, etc. But if I eat carbs, that isn’t after a workout I’ll be sleeping in about 20 mins.
I personally can’t stand chicken and white meat, turkey, etc.
Tuna in oil is good. Red meat is great: beef, bison, etc. Eggs. Eggs I think are one of the best cheapest protein sources if you are on this type of diet.
Obviously a ton of olive oil like another poster said but don’t forget your fish oil. I drink a ton of that too.
I wouldn’t load up on the fried foods and lunch meats because well, they’re shitty. Fried food isn’t good for you plus those types have a ton of sodium. Same with bacon, ham, etc. They’re are better meat sources.

You could take shots of olive oil then wash it down with a protein shake. Or, you could mix the oil in the shake, but that really only works if you’re making a mega-shake in a blended.
Shot, then chug a shake is quick and painless.
I’ve been doing that for a couple months now. works pretty well

Avocado is probably my favorite fat source. You can make some really good guacamole very easily.
Agreed. I use olive and avocado oil on my salad.
Here is a “salad” I eat at night sometimes.
Romaine lettuce (I would prefer all spinach but it makes me throw up)
Black olives
Radishes
Carrots
Cucumber
Sugar snap peas
Red and green bell pepper
Tomato
Parmesan cheese
Sunflower seeds
Pumpkin seeds
Walnuts
Olive oil
Avocado oil
Bacon
Topped with grilled steak and/or grilled chicken breasts (notice I said breasts as one doesn’t cut it, at least for me)
That gives me a good combination of vegetables (and fruit), nuts, healthy fats, and lean protein. Plus it tastes super yummy.
Here is my list even though it is a lot of repeats
I can’t believe I left eggs off my list! They are a staple. I guess I assume everyone eats tons of them.

I have shakes like that all the time.
Do you get physicals regularly?
I think it has a lot to do with what your current goal is, how hard you work in the gym (and out of it), and if your diet is clean. If your diet is extremely clean and you are extremely strict, whipping cream in your shake is not going to hurt you. I am strict with my intake, and in my personal experience I have found that I don’t take in enough saturated fat. That is why I put a little bacon on my salad from time to time, especially when eating mostly chicken. Plus it is yummy.
And I know your question wasn’t posed to me, but I do get physicals regularly. And all of my bloodwork and tests are good. I am fortunate to have genetics on my side, but clean eating sure doesn’t hurt.
Shots of olive oil are always good for getting in extra fat. If I’m eating a particuarly lean piece of meat(tuna, chicken breast, pork tenderloin, etc.) I often have a side of olive oil for dipping the otherwise dry meat in.
