I’m not vouching for calorie reduction tho. Maybe when I’m older and not into building muscles and strength anymore

Generally, it’s hard to get most micros without also getting calories and calories from foods that don’t have micronutrients doesn’t quite have the same ring to it as empty calories

Well I have a problem more with the fact that the term “empty calories” is generally used with an inherent and absolute bad meaning.

A food having empty calories isn’t IMO a good reason to cross it out as “to avoid.”
That being said, I still obviously think that one’s diet should be composed for the majority by nutritious foods, but still…
