Hey all.
have anyone tried doing squats with a max weight lets say 225 pounds and then just doing it for reps in general to avoid knee injouries ?
and could it become better if incorporated with dynamic squats ?

You think doing MORE reps might do something to avoid knee injuries?
well i was always told that knees benefitted from unstressed movements.
Like that some people always lie down and bicycle before running in thier warm ups ?
and you are…how old?

Agreed,
My knees never hurt more than when I was doing 20 rep squats with submaximal weights… as you tire out your form breaks down …

Being able to do more reps does mean you’re using less of a load though.

Yeah, but the total workload will be far higher.
