ha ha!
You have a point about people seeing The Rock work out. Every thread about him has a few posts saying they’ve seen him.
Well, in their defense, The Rock gets around and likely works out a lot.
I don’t think camera angles are what makes The Rock look big…
He had one of the best all round physiques i think, but to get in shape he just has to do what every one else does.

And this is my favorite video of his training:
Good stuff

But if a guy on here said he was 6’4 and weighed 225 everyone would scream BULK at him…
thats why pictures are better indicators than just numbers.
Ye i totally agree with you, he weighs the same as me and i’m damn near 5 inches shorter than him.
I fuckin went wrong somewhere greg i tell thee!
Makes me wana bust ass in the gym when you hear that The Rock looks like he does being 225 and 6’4.
My comp must be really fucked up, well i’m currently altering it as we speak!

^^ Could you be more specific? I mean what weight do you see him use?
From what I recall the last time I saw him there (he is there infrequently) he was using moderate weight for most of his lifts. Most of his reps were in 15-20 range occasionally. I’ve seen vids of him lifting heavier but he may have been doing the lighter stuff to prepare for a movie role and what not. I try not to watch or stare at him while he is lifting but he is very down to earth. I have seen other people go up to talk to him while he is lifting which can be annoying but he always stops, talks to them back and has a smile on his face.
FYI - Be Cool is hands down his best role
Dude looked HUGE when he made his comeback for the WWE. FYI he’s back on RAW tonight(lasat one before Wrestlemania where Stone Cold will also be acting guest referee for one of the matches).
Gridiron Gang and Walking Tall are my favourite of his movies, questionable(at best) roles over the last few years but a damn good actor IMO

For some reason I always got the impression that he was a good guy with a great personality. He’s one of the few Hollywood people I’d really like to meet.
he was in atl shooting for the fast five (F&F 5) movie couple months back. He is quite large and he does use lighter weights i saw him working shoulders when i was there dumbbell front raises seated was about 35-45 lbs about 12-15 reps… he didn’t even break a sweat. as others have stated he is a really nice guy… he talked to all of the people that talked to him, but he did refuse any pictures… but he did so nicely…
^ Okay so he travels the country we know that most celebs do. Question does he pay to be able to workout?

Would you charge him if you were a gym owner? I know I wouldn’t.
^ Exactly the one guy at the gym that could really afford the dues gets in free. ![]()
If I owned gym have to have signed picture to put on the wall would be the only payment.
im sure the production company pays for it… it’s probably in a contract somewhere… whats not to say he’s a LA Fitness member lol…

Yeah , it’s funny how that works out. It’s always nice to be at the top.
If The Rock said he would set off the Lunk Alarm at Planet Fitness than I am pretty sure he would do it and make the damn video!
Equinox, Woodland Hills California.
He works out there.
He drives a sick ass silver Bentley Continental GT. I would have gone with a different choice of rims.
He introduces himself as Dwayne.
He works out with former USC Trojan football greats Willie McGinest and Matt Willig (the only 2 guys I have seen strong enough to keep up with him.)
<----------- In Max we trust.
You are all wrong, he works out at my gym, a small gym in Oeiras, close to Cascais.
He definitely looks bigger than 225 in real life. I infrequently see him doing HIIT sprints in my backyard.
