I have no reason to lie, I’m prescribed Xanax. I dont buy my prescription drugs through illegal means. I legit filled my script and take them as prescribed. We’re there times I filled early? Lol yeah definitely, i was dumb and my doctor was too lenient on prescribing meds. So I took advantage of that leineancy and it bit me in the ass, now I have cut my dose by 3/4 and am trying to take the minimal dose as possible. I have acknowledged I developed a problem with the substance and am going to talk with a new doctor about weening myself off. Will they just keep prescribing me it? Hell idk, but I would rather ween off under the care of a physician then from the advice from guys on the internet. But TRT advice is usually pretty spot on here though! Didn’t come here for substance abuse support but thanks lol

Yeah. I agree, and I am getting off them. I’d like to go cold turkey but I work 80 hours a week, married with 3 kids. My wife knows all this but at the same time I still have to keep my shit stable and come off gradually. If I was 23, unemployed, and lived in my moms basement I could crawl in my bed and go through the withdrawals for a couple weeks and come back to society like nothing happened… But I own up to my mistakes and I’m addressing them cordially.
