My weight is creeping up. I’ve added creatine, but I think most of it is that I’ve started eating breakfast. I switched from injectable test to oral (Jatenzo), and I have to take it with food twice a day. My strength is definitely going up as the weight comes on, but I need to figure something out soon.

I will be curious to hear your thought on the switch from injectable to oral. Do you not like needles or is it for another reason?

I was considering doing the same, for possibly less side effects in regard to hematocrit.

I didn’t even know Jatenzo was a thing until my doctor offered it. I didn’t mind needles, but I’ve been injecting for 15 years. If I could avoid doing it for a couple more decades, I thought I’d give it a go.

I can’t really tell any difference. Sex drive may be a little less than it was, but I was injecting more than I was supposed to be so it’s hard to really know why that is. I’m feeling good in the gym, but I also added creatine recently. I’m on week 5 of Jatenzo. After about 3 more weeks I’m going to have blood work done and see what’s happening.

Shoulder I had surgery on a few years ago didn’t feel great doing the shoulder press. I think it was the different angle than I normally use for overhead pressing. Skipped legs. I’m still crippled from Tuesday. Just spent a lot of time stretching.

Ate less yesterday than I have been and gained 1.4lbs. I really wish I was mentally strong enough to only weigh once a week. The day to day fluctuations drive me crazy. I am getting stronger on all of my lifts, which makes me happy. Been on the Jatenza 8 weeks and I’m getting bloodwork this afternoon to see how it’s going.

Shoulder is still feeling very iffy. I have ordered some BPC-157 that I’m gonna inject into it to see if that helps. Legs still really sore from Tuesday, so I just stretched a lot between sets. Right now I plan on getting up and going to do legs in the morning. We’ll see how that goes.
