Why is there such a huge difference in the maintenance level for calories in these two diets?
I believe it is due to the scope of the diets; t-dawg is meant to be a short term diet (8 week plan) and don’t diet is meant to be long term.
I don’t see much difference at all. I did the calculations for myself and the Don’t Diet program requires 3111 calories a day for me and the T-Dawg requires 2900 calories a day. Two hundred calories a day is not very much.
I agree with you.I messed up on the calculations.
