Eleven hours? Your dog doesn’t have a behavioral problem, its called biology, the poor thing.
Your best bet would be to get a trusted friend or neighbor to take the dog out for a walk during the middle of the day so it could take a shit.
Dogs are animals that take a lot of care and attention. Being stuck inside alone for half a day could be a bit of a problem.
