Does TRT Make Sense For Me? (Bloodwork Included)

@systemlord

i have a doubt. i haven’t seen people with low Total, high shbg and low free except me. any reason why total is low?

i don’t think theres a specific food that can actually decrease or increase testosterone. but thats something i read.

im for certain won’t drop peanut butter.

if you eat things in moderation it won’t do a shit to your stuff (again from what i read) unless you have medical conditions that says this is the problem.

good luck finding the cause of your problem. im the guy that have pretty much exhausted almost everything before comitting to TRT. but if you need it you need it. same thing goes for other medical conditions. TRT is just that. a medicine that brings your t to normal levels.

just make sure to find a doc willing to help you out. i mean thats the hardest part of all this.

You will need to address the elevated TSH otherwise you’ll notice a weak response to TRT with little or no benefit, testosterone is metabolized in the liver and Free T3 drives every cell, organ in your body including the liver.

TRT works best when Free T3 is high normal and Reverse T3 <15 ng/dL.

@systemlord

not trying to bother system but i posted above what if someone (my case) haves high shbg, low total and free? isn’t my total suppost to be high when shbg is also high?

im really interested in knowing.

Not necessarily, I’ve seen some men who obviously have very sticky SHBG, they only have their SHBG midrange and more closely compare to those with higher SHBG and both have very low Free T.

thanks for clarifying!

About half of your body’s testosterone also binds to albumin, even though the connection is weaker.
