So here’s the truth about it. Lifting helps. Cardio is not likely to hurt unless you’re into marathons (which you are not). Usually “High Protein” really means “High Calorie”. If you want to be on a ketogenic diet, then be on one, but really be on it. Do not drink diet soda. Ever. It will not help you and will hurt you. Google the foods that you want to eat and figure out how many calories there are in them. Do the math, and figure out what you honestly eat a day and how many calories it has. Reduce that intake by 500 calories a day, by changing WHAT you eat, not how much. Lift more, find a game of futbol once or twice a week. The futbol will give you both cardio and Vitamin D if you play outside. Stop taking Clomid. The more you move, the more calories you burn. The other stuff will balance out with a little time. Do not cut a lot of calories, move more. Calorie cutting kills your metabolism. A general rule is 14-16 calories per pound of body weight. If you weight 150 lbs, you need between 2100 and 2400 calories to stay there.
