Actually the authors did disclose some of the men experienced ED and I found the discussion which I highlighted, pretty fair blow by blow of what was happening/potentially occurring in the testicles (T vs E2). Heroin and “feeling good” really isn’t a fair analogy. Some of these men were able to make a child. Should they run letrozole for the rest of their lives? That would probably be a no. In fact,EVERY study done showing the benefits of testosterone (and with raising testosterone they raised estrogen) they did not control or block estrogen.
