I’m going back down to school at UCSD in a few weeks, and I was wondering if anyone could suggest a quality teacher/facility. I got into it a few months back and I’m looking for a teacher that focuses more on technique and skill rather than “fitness”.
I don’t know if it’s still there (probably is, but it’s been a year since I’ve been in San Diego)…but Black tiger Muay Thai on Miramar boulevard is REALLY good…the teacher was a high-ranked Muai Thai competitor who fought in Asia and America, I think a light middleweight. Definitely a tough guy with a good teaching program.
