Do You Put Thought into Your Screen Name?

I’m fat

When i was 11 i was reading something and the words “guns a blazin” came up. I looked it up and thought it was cool.
So i put my innernet nick as blazindave. Due to habit, i’ve kept it.
Most people think it’s cause i smoke pot, but the truth is i have never touched weed in my life, lol.
It’s funny when i tell them this.

I don’t have a freaking clue what mine means. I think I may have been ferschnickered when I came up with it.

Los xeneizes (the Genoese) for the Italian (especially Genoese) immigrants who populated the La Boca neighborhood, a working class, no bullshit part of Buenos Aires in the early 20th century. The word “xeneize” is Genoese dialect for the Ligurian word zeneize, which is how it’s pronounced.

So you came up with your name last year?

Reaper Man is a book by Terry Pratchet. Funny.

Plus it coincides with one of my jobs- I had the nickname of Dr. Death for a little while when everyone I had as a patient died in a 2 week span

Hmmm… I don’t really think that is good.

But it did give you a screen name, so it all balances itself out…

I’m short and like iron sports.

Actually I bumped this thread so the newbies can explain some of their dumb screen names.

My first name is not Sam and my last name is not Sneed.

I have an Eastern European first and last name. People destroy it all the time. I make people I deal with learn to say it properly. But when I go to a sub shop or any other place that asks my name, I tell them Sam Sneed. So far, only a few black people have ever gotten the reference.
