Diversity, Inc Tells Us What Not to Ask Muslims

I just thought this interesting. I travel a fair amount in the ME. Universally, the muslims believe Obama is a muslim, hiding his true identity. (Note I don’t say Obama is muslim; this is just the perception in the ME.)

On the topic of political correctness, people can call me whatever they want. They typically do. I don’t care.
If he he isn’t, he sure does have some Muslim tendencies.

Obama certainly has been no friend of Israel. He’s done nothing but encourage and fund our enemies.

For whatever reason, he animosity to Israel does not get much play in the USA (or so it seems to me.)

“Why do you say the Quran preaches sexual purity when a man is allowed to rape as many women as he wants, and “temporarily marry” whenever he feels like it?”

This one too^

Because in Muslim culture females are lesser people than males…duh.

Well, not an exact fit, but chuckled at Jonah Goldberg’s article the other day. Thought it applies to this a little bit.

?That?s Racist?

http://www.nationalreview.com/author/56454/latest

From the article:

"No, racism hasn?t vanished. And the legacy of racism has a long half-life.

But the simple fact is ?that?s racist? is the sort of thing those darn kids today say to make fun of their aging Gen X and baby-boomer parents.

It?s also a common joke among conservatives, precisely because we?re used to being called racists for the weirdest things. If I write on Twitter something about how I don?t like ?Obamacare,? some fellow right-winger will immediately respond with some variant of ?that?s racist!?

And that?s the joke. And the people who?ve spent the last few decades screaming ?that?s racist,? not as a punch line but as a heinously unfair accusation or in an attempt to bully people, don?t seem to get that the joke is on them."

I like asking stupid questions relating to other ethnicities/cultures/religions/customs etc. Like for observant Jews and Muslims and Hindus: Don’t you fantasise about bacon strips, bacon strips, bacon strips, pork chops with apple sauce or prime beef cuts like medium rare rib eye with nice sear marks on each side?

@SexMachine: Taking a guess, most probably no. What is so friggin special about bacon compared to beef (vice-versa for hindus)? Anyway, such fantasizing is a mark of people obsessed with food. “Religious” people usually aren’t.

But…but…bacon! Steak!

Trader Joes Beef bacon FTW!

Well, not very loudly. If you have the right resources you get to hear. I definitely wouldn’t recommend NPR for your information on America-Israel relations.

What are some of his “Muslim tendencies?”
His actions and lack of actions towards Israel.

Does the Catholic Church have Muslim tendencies too?

â??The Holy Scriptures cannot be used to justify the return of Jews to
Israel and the displacement of the Palestinians, to justify the
occupation by Israel of Palestinian lands,â?? Monsignor Cyril Salim
Bustros, Greek Melkite archbishop of Our Lady of the Annunciation in
Boston, Massachusetts, and president of the â??Commission for the
Message,â?? said at Saturdayâ??s Vatican press conference.

â??We Christians cannot speak of the â??promised landâ?? as an exclusive
right for a privileged Jewish people. This promise was nullified by
Christ. There is no longer a chosen people â?? all men and women of all
countries have become the chosen people.

During the meeting, several bishops blamed the Israeli- Palestinian
conflict for spurring the flight of Christians from the Middle East â??
a position echoed in their final paper. While the bishops condemned
terrorism and anti-Semitism, they laid much of the blame for the
conflict squarely on Israel.

They listed the â??occupationâ?? of Palestinian lands, Israelâ??s West Bank
security barrier, its military checkpoints, â??political prisoners,â??
demolition of homes and disturbance of Palestiniansâ?? social and
economic activities for making life increasingly difficult for
Palestinians.

Or maybe it is just anti Semitic?

I really need to know, because the Church, given its divinely ordained monopoly on truth should really be clearer on this issue.

What would of course also be interesting, if the Church, given its divine monopoly and all, says one thing, and Obama says more or less the same, divinely ordained as he is too, is having Muslim tendencies divinely ordained too?

Does God wants us to be more like them, at least when it comes to this whole Israel clusterfuck?

Exactly. It seems as though a significant portion of the population go out of there way to be offended, especially special interest groups.

The thought police are working overtime.
It’s the thought police. What wrong with asking questions? Are we required to know everything about everybody so as to not offend them?
The problem these days is we don’t offend people enough.
The only demographic it’s still ok to openly mock is Christians. Which is typically done by the very people who claim ‘diversity’. I am ok with that as long as everybody is fair game.

I believe in equal opportunity offending.

Bottom line, if you offend nobody in your life, your probably a meaningless, irrelevant person.

I find this whole bullshoit preposterous.

I have personally witnessed a cook dive up to his armpits into a trashbin to prove to some of the Muslim staff that yes, indeed, he had not used bacon but turkey for whatever he had cooked for them.

He seemed to be rather relieved when he had found the packaging it had come in.

So, the whole idea of not “hurting Muslims feelings by asking questions” seems to be confined to white collar jobs, anyone else gets a crash course in cultural sensibilities.
