I haven’t really read through every post but when yo noted you were hardly eating very much protein and that it was mostly all from vegetarian sources.
A big problem with plant protein is that it lacks sufficient Luecine which is the most responsible amino acid for signalling protein synthesis…which means you will have trouble adding muscle compared to someone who is utilizing whey, eggs, meat and stuff like that.[/quote]
Ok i’ll look into Luecine. I thought if you combined beans and grains, or ate soya - that gave you a complete amino acid profile tho? Is this not so much the case? :S
Just start eating meat and fish everyday, for fuck’s sake. You will feel a lot better overall, I promise you.

Creatine monohydrate. Dissolve a teaspoon in you tea or coffee every day and you’re set. It’s dirt cheap too. Not so sure you’re deficient though, but it’s a nice supplement if you lift weights. One of the few that works.
You can try Biotest monohydrate. Creatine monohydrate is tested widely and it’s cheapo. Also since you are a woman and not bodybuilding you wont need that much per day. Like 2 grams, so it will last for a long time if you store it well.
Cheers ![]()
if getting mono get creapure/german creatine or just get the creatine malate here
I mean you could still take protein shakes without killing any animals right?
I guess that’s not even the point though. Microwave a bunch of plastic and eat and drink out of it. Apparently that’ll net you plenty of xenoestrogens…
Nah to the plastic… i’m pretty sure that will make me feel worse!
