Diet questions,

I am looking for a new diet to start tommarow, tried keto and hated it I cant stand no intensity in the gym I am 20 years old 6 foot 185 at 11 percent, I thinking about the t-dawg version 2, having a 40-30-30 meal for breakfast to replace get me going after fasting, then basically P+F for the rest of the day, with post workout nutrition being 60g of carbs, and 50g of protien, and then for dinner later on the mess o greens salad…I want to lose fat but gain strength, or at least thats my goal, what do you guys think? I have been down on meltdown for 6 weeks and I am going to change it around, instead of a circuit which i loved but I think am adjusted to, going to do the same movements but 5x5, and at a very high weight (at least for me)…
