What kind of diet would everyone recommend if I am only active when I go to the gym? I am in between jobs and home alott right now. I feel that alott of my food is going to waste because I’m on my ass alott. Would this be a good time to use a low carb diet? or eat fruits for carb sources because of the stable insulin response.
Just eat as many calories as you need and no more.
Adjust based on activity level. Or lack thereof. Sounds like you have plenty time to train and be active to me.
