Overall, it looks like an awful lot of food for someone trying to cut.

PLease refrain from giving comments like this one.
Without knowing the persons personal history there is no way you can judge whether a certain amount of food is too much or too little. Even if you turn out to be correct in a given case, it’s by pure luck and coincidence. [/quote]
He was right though…at the time I was eating too much…made changes and the fat dripped off. Im on an ECA stack at the moment.

Maybe so, but Bonez is right. I made a judgment (an incorrect one as it turned out) based on your initial posts, without all your actual information, and then gave advice based on what I thought your situation was. That was dumb on my part, and he called me on it. The fact that it may have been correct was in fact “pure luck and coincidence”.
By the way, very impressive progress. You look ripped. Keep up the good work!

Did you up your fat to compensate for carbs at all? i ask because im in a similar phase (fat loss/muscle retention) and have been nervous about dropping fat/calories too low. (currently 205 around 15% 7point clip 8 days ago) and eating 1.8 g protein/lb, .5 g fat/lb, and 1.5g carbs/lb on training days, 1g/lb on off.
