Here is the situation. I am 24 male 5’5" probably about 135-140 and BF~13 at last measure a week ago. Started out in January at about 148# and near 18% BF. I have been trying to do cheater’s diet and it has been ok. I am kind of at a point now where I am not sure what to do next. I have been stuck at about 13% for a while now and even though it is probably the best I have ever looked, I still would like to get down around 9-10% if I can.

This is about what I have been doing for the last few weeks. I tried a steroid dieting for a 2 week period with Mag-10 and Hot-Rox and cals down around 1200 or so. I wasn’t very happy with results and felt like shit all the time. Since then I have upped the cals a bit and am feeling better.
Workouts as of right now are OVT style using 3x5 3-4 times per week with 20-30 min of cardio by running or EFX machine afterwards. I really enjoy the OVT and have had good results with it in the past.
I am on Hot-Rox now and have been really pleased with it. Also using Surge and Grow!. Thinking about getting some Red Bands in the next few weeks.
Terry or anyone else have any suggestions? I can offer any additional info if anyone out there needs more to help me out. Hope the post didn’t get too long. thanks.
