I would bet that you would notice 5mg dbol taken 40 mins before training as a useful boost to strength and training-aggression.
Do no more than 2 per week for 5 weeks and you should be fine.
Oh yeah, try to take them and train relatively early in the day.
This should ensure no negative impact on your HPTA. You are low bf% so there should only be very minimal aromatisation. Not enough to cause a lasting effect on your epipyseal plates.

Ok I didn’t see this post,but thanks a lot,damn never thought i would use these pills… I am around 13%bf currently,so 5mg before workouts twice a week,for 5 weeks…and I wont buy more steroids

Bro if I were you I would definitely save it till I was older. You dont want to run the risk of fucking up your hormones/HTPA while your body is still developing, it just isnt worth it. There will be plenty of time for you to take steroids when your older, don’t worry

Bushido, (and I’m sorry to hijack here OP) what would you suggest for an adult male who has already ran a couple successful injectable cycles? I’ve been curious about “supplemental” use of D-Bol for some time. I don’t really feel like running a full-blown cycle again any time soon, but using a teeny bit of D-Bol for a slight edge intrigues me.
My current training routine has me hitting the weights every other day, or sometimes two days on followed by one off. I train in the morning. What would be the most intelligent way to use “supplemental” D-Bol in this case. Any other orals you’d suggest instead?

Pretty much the same protocol, after all it was out up by me as a way to use dbol with minimal effect on the HPTA and estrogen. However I know that even 10mg dbol can make my nipples a little ‘tweaky’ so there may be some effect on estrogen, even though temporary.
