Yarmish do you have a relative in another state witout that stupid law? Change your address and get that uncle or granddad to mail you your 10ml.
I feel the same way, Maybe I will just stop in and see what they say before I pay the $25 to have a script sent to me.
I may just open up a P.O. Box in CT I live about 2 miles from the state line so thatās an option. Nothing is easy ha ha
1ml a week leaves you with 1ml when new order comes on. After 4 months you have a full bottle of reserve.
And another after 8 months the if you do it right.
However Testasterone has expiration dates. It wonāt last 10 years sucks I knowā¦
There are other docs who ship 3 months supply at a time. Thatās the max any pharmacy will give you.
Prescribing out of state like Florida to
MI is a big problem with pharmacies and C substances. Thatās why they use their own pharmacy.
I do agree that these trt docs sending us 1 month worth at a time is kinda annoying.
I am actually on .8ml a week right now but am pretty confident I will get bumped up to 1ml a week after this weeks blood test but I will definitely have some extra if they do indeed ship me the 5ml every month.
I am not sure what other states have this law but I am assuming just MA because they micro manage everything but Marijuana
Yah itās odd but I see no problem. You will build up a couple bottles over the course of 1 year. You are putting too much emphasis on that. You can always switch docs who will ship a 3 mo th supply, but your going to pay 3 to 4 months of their fee and medicine upfront.
I choose the monthly because I wasnāt a fan of
Spending 1500$ for 5 months ahead of time, and instead went with 300$ a month.
Iām sure I could find any number of docs in the future if this monthly thing doesnāt work.
Defy will ship the 3 months of Test itās just the state that wont allow it is all, There are no TRT clinics in my area at all. I do like dealing with Defy and donāt want to change that just was looking for a bit more convenience and less shipping costs
I guess defy is another clinic I havenāt heard of.
Have you thought about using Defy for following your medical treatment but using another company for the actually testosterone? I think systemlord does this, Iām not sure if this is his exact method but he does something similar, I think he gets it from Kaiser somehow. Might be worth it to ask him.
This is a very good idea, I should approach my PCP and see if he would be up to this. I have my 3 month consult with defy so I am going to ask about getting the script to fill locally as well
Correct Iām getting my testosterone medication through my insurance and having defy medical management case.
My endocrinologist does not know about defy Medical, he doesnāt need to know. This affords me other services (thyroid) is down the road should I need them.
I would asking for trouble to allow my endo provide thyroid treatment, knowing that they target middles ranges and donāt optimize you.
How did you go about communicating this setup to Defy? Itās something for me to think about for the future if I can get my test cyp through my insurance. Your endo prescribes the test?
