i have noticed that i sit back much more when doing deads and i tend to lean foward more when i do power cleans. should i start them the same way? when i sit back when doing power cleans i’m not nearly as strong.
That’s fine. When doing O-lifts, your upper body should be slightly past the bar.
Sounds like you’re doing them right!
Dead: Shoulders behind the bar.
Clean: Shoulders above/slightly in front of the bar.
