Deadlift With Minibands

Is it worth it? I’d double them of course. Either for DE work or a ME pull focusing on the lockout.

Also, I’ve seen a couple of places say that you need to make sure the power rack is bolted down. The ones in my gym are not- how much of problem is that?

I do them right out of my powerrack just like the pic here. I have done it with 2 minibands each side and have had no trouble with the rack coming off the ground.
