Tyler Durden?
He drags some logs out of the sea water and sticks them in the sand so it looks like the shadow of a hand, which at first doesn’t look like a hand at all. More like Nosferatu-long fingers and too short thumb. So he asks the Narrator what time it is. Where? Right here, right now. It’s 4.06 pm. At exactly 4:30 the shadow of the hand will be perfect for less than a minute. And that is what this teach us - you cannot expect more than a moment out of perfection.
There are few misfits in that picture, but that is what I came up with.
p.s. This is a cross, it is enough for only 3 or 4 fingers, but that is kind of a signature for the animated characters - lack of fingers. So, do I win?
edit: oh and, my second guess would be the most probable one - the preacher in black?
Trigun (Wolfwood and Vash)… Back on topic…

Awesome. Someone here who actually READ “Fight Club”. A scene in the book which didn’t translate well enough to make it to film.

You’re so white…
“To have read the book after the movie is one of the great crimes in white culture, and under no circumstances should you ever admit to doing this. Literally dozens of white friendships have imploded when it was revealed that someone read Fight Club after 1999.”

The movie was great, but the book was much better.

Guilty of all charges. I watched the movie when I was, like 8? Than I watched it again at 16, and I was stunned (I am now 17). Back than I didn’t even knew there was a book. After I found out I bought it and read it, after that the movie compared to the book was like watching porno when you can actually have sex.
Yes, I am damn white and don’t see why this is by any means a factor for someone to act silly?
AlexD, I see now. But the scenario I saw in that picture (it is just picture for the unaware of the topic) looked just like Tyler and the Narrator’s meet.
