I got to play with one in person one day when I worked for the City of Edmonton and we had a meeting at the zoo. They’re even more awesome than you think.

I remember a story not too long ago where a coyote nabbed a Yorkshire Terror right of the walking trail in Denver. The lady had it on a leash and the coyote just came up, attacked, then carried it off while the lady screamed for help.
I think the moral of the story is to get a real dog.
