Yeah I once laid down in my Ace Pro to try and get rid of the CLBP I had going on, it took two gym staff to get me back on my feet and that was after we undid the velcro straps.

The first time I went down was in the picture in my avatar at Provincials. Fortunately it was face first; kind of like the guy in the video but there was no rack to tip over. Good times.
