Your D argument doesn’t necessarily fit all D’s. One D does not necessarily equal another D. Usually the fitness level of the girl with the D’s is a pretty good indicator of how they will sit. My personal preference is the smallish C/Large B but that’s just me. I think those will stand the test of time while still providing the enjoyment the best.

Haha, I was mainly talking D’s. Not larger. I have known only one girl that was really fit with larger than D’s. She ended up having to have a reduction due to back issues. Sadly, I was never able to inspect these in their natural state so I can only speculate how they looked and I will not allow you to rob me of the mental image I have set for myself.
