They are completely safe, sharks attack from below and that beast cannot get below them in the shallow water they are in.

That’s not a shark right? I mean that pic is old and it’s a dolphin I think.

Looks more like a shark then a dolphin with the streamed line head. Dolphins have a more rounded or blunted head. The curvature of the wave could be playing tricks and also why the tail seems horizontal. Those kids aren’t exactly safe because they are in shallow water. I’ve seen sharks chasing bait right up to the sand when they are migrating/following schools of bait. 3/4 of shark attacks happen in shallow water, less than 3ft deep.

Before watching the video I was going to suggest bull sharks are notorious shallow water hunters. As the only sharks that tolerate fresh water well there are increasing attacks in rivers also.
