On the contrary, I bet a bunch of people are selling there used one so they can run out and buy the latest pad. Industries are built on such consumers.

If buses started crashing into the lines of people that camp out just to get the newest Iphone a week or two before everyone else, that would be Darwinism at its finest. The stupidity of that act is immeasurable.

It’s stupid to wait in line for something you want?

If that something will literally be available 2 weeks later with no wait at all, Yes. This is not like tickets or something that is a limited supply and once its gone its gone. Its just the idea of waiting in line just so you can have it a couple days before everyone else. I don’t get the point.

I get what you’re saying, I don’t get why some people do it. I’d never wait for days to get something I can get 2 weeks later. There are a lot of things I wouldn’t do. I dont’ think that automatically makes other people that do those things stupid though.
Some people think it’s really stupid to do 20 rep squats & spend hundreds on supplements…

Ha you are probably right. I have waited in line overnight for one thing, gas during Katrina. That is forgivable to me. However, after doing that I realized anyone that would do that for something that was not a necessity has to be stupid or relates way to much of their personal image with their material possessions. There is no other explanation.

Aziz Ansari? Don’t know if your using that there sar-casm or not.
Besides Parks & Recreation I find his stand up to be pretty good too.
