HAAA!
In all honesty, besides Master of Puppets, I think St. Anger is their best work since Mustaine was in the band…

I quite liked (a LOT) Death Magnetic… except for the way it was mixed/mastered. A bit too hot in spots.

That deserves a Push Gold Bar

Not sure this is the correct thread for that one
That bar doesn’t seem safe for any decent amount of weight. Something will tear with 315+ violently shaking back and forth.
I’ll stick with a barbell and a bodyblade.

Ummm…cool?
I think I personally will stick with my non-oscillating bar that doesn’t require a partner to simultaneously load and unload the weight, and that also doesn’t make me look like a complete idiot

I struggle every day like that when I have to pee.

This is a prototype of a new bar called a Tsunami bar. It has a patent pending and should be available in 4 to 5 weeks at elitefts. This is similar to the bamboo bar in that it works by using oscillating kinetic energy. There have been some preliminiary studies done on it with benching, and it increased muscle activation by 20%. We thought we would try it on squats today. You definitely have to be in control as you can see i the video. I plan on doing these a few weeks in a row to see how my legs react to them.

Finally - a shake weight for powerlifters.
