Dbossa, Interviews About AIs?

WhAt! I’ve seen the first one… and one of the reboot style films… didn’t like either of them

Terminator for the win when it comes to sci fi… not the shitty pg13 sequels salvation or genysis though… only the over the top, super violent terminator films

Aliens is by far the best Sci-fi film ever. Holds up today

sharknado has my vote.

You guys all suck. The Matrix by FAR for best Sci-fi lol

I never watched Star Wars either hardly. Never liked them

Matrix was good

Would you mind linking this video for me? I’m very interested in any discussion on thyroid health as it relates to elevated rT3. Thanks!

Don’t really need dumbbells higher than 75lbs unless you’re doing db chest presses, rows, SLDL etc. one can increase TUT/reps/sets as a mechanism for progressive overload, not just about amount of weight lifted

I assume they’ve got benches for benching, do Romanian deadlifts instead of deadlifting, do barbell rows instead of db rows etc

NeO yOu ArE tHe OnE!

Idk in my school (about a year before I graduated) we had to watch the matrix and write an essay on it (95% #flex)… as a result the matrix became a meme among my entire cohort and it’s reputation has forever been tainted for me

There was quite a bit of “fan fiction” regarding the relationship between Morpheus and Neo going about

What about shoulder raises?

No benches, no bars. Smith Machines and cable stuff. It’s like a garishly decorated hell.

Lateral raises? With 75lb dumbbells? Why? My rotator cuff would disintegrate… I do them with like… 15 lbs, very slow movements, like a 3 second eccentric etc

Just hassling you, I know about your shoulders. That’s not your fault dude. I doubt that there are a lot of people using 75’s.

Technically I could just go to the bayou and lift rotten cyprus trees and get jacked but that isn’t ideal either.

Actually with low dose deca + a cortisone shot I can bench press again… so long as I keep the frequency to once per week, so that’s a plus

Still can’t shoulder press though, due to the structural abnormality (bony deformation) it feels like tendon rubbing against bone… very painful, will never be able to do that

Lat raises are borderline, don’t induce too much irritation if I do them in the way I specified above

Almost back to 80kg for sets of 12 (currently 75kgx3x12… (so 1rm would be atm about 100kg). Muscle memory is real! going up by about 5kg each workout

Normal T levels from TRT are giving me shoulders that I’ve never had. Not that I was small, but I feel like that’s really benefiting the most. Pecs and shoulders. They were strong before, but not big, relatively speaking.

Bah, The Forbidden Planet or The Day The Earth Stood Still (1951) or really old school, Metropolis,

Modern sci-fi is mostly visually appealing crap

Danny, your photo on the credentials thread is way better than this photo. Based on that photo, you beat NH. You don’t beat me, but not too far behind.

Ha! Thanks! The one for the creds was taken yesterday in my home gym by my wife. The one you posted here was taken over the weekend. Different lighting maybe? I took this one really quick. My wife actually put some effort in finding better lighting lol

@theinneroh I edited the photo from the earlier post to match the one in the creds thread. It didn’t update the one in your comment, but whatever.

@dbossa,

You mentioned that you have/had gyno in the past. Was this before you went on trt?
