You’re an Ectomorph, I’m the same way. I used to hover around 8% BF year round and could easily drop lower, but struggled to gain weight. I get it. However, the reason things seem so off, is you’re on a ton of gear, including Tren. You should be packing on more muscle given your frame. That’s the glory of AAS, guys like us who truly might not be able to gain much naturally, can reach higher limits.
I would try switching up where you get your gear from. If you don’t have a competition coming up, I would personally recommend training 4 days a week, 5 max and see if that helps. I can’t remember what you mentioned about your diet, but it sounds like you need more.
You look good though, no taking away from you at all. I just think something is preventing you from getting larger. Unless of course, you want to keep competing at your current weight range, then obviously you don’t want to get that much bigger.

What’s your height? If short then that weight isn’t that bad ripped. But still you should be able to gain more, especially with proper gear.
I can be considered an ectomorph as well, was skinny my whole youth, my sister was bigger than me. Could eat a lot and never gain weight, only started gaining weight when i got to the gym, and that plateau’d fast, then I started taking gear and changed a lot more.

This was natural lifting 3 years very hard with good foods, supplements everything, all newb gains, but this body at 2013 stayed like that for a very long time, after that gains came very slow.
Second one is enhanced comparision, the right was after gear use, was on cycle that time.
I got even bigger than the right photo later on, went to about 100 something KGS
So just wanna show you it is possible, and especially with proper gear and proper training, foods, you should for sure be able to gain more weight than you currently have, you look great on these contest photos, but im pretty sure you should be able to pack on more.

It doesn’t happen right away, maybe a couple of cycles and keep dedicated to the gym even off season, even off cycle, gradually you should get bigger for sure, just make sure your gear is legit lol, and make sure you eat really well too. Your training split seems fine to me with proper gear, but if your gear doesn’t work you might benifit from more rest.

PS. Also I would recommend doing a separate arm day, my triceps were always very slow, they started to grow much faster when I started doing them on a separate day, try it out, do back separate too, then put your triceps and biceps on the same day so you can really blast them hard.
Give it a try, for me it has always been more effective than doing them with chest and back.

I’ve just run 50mg dbol for the last 6 weeks and whilst being in a deficit, I maintained weight and got stronger in the gym. I can’t wait to use it again in future when in a surplus.

50mg is a real good dose, 30 works on me already, I think if you would use it to bulk, in a surplus, you might really gain a good amount of weight on 50MG.
I think on my first dbol bulk, with just 250 Test base, I gained like 20 pounds or something. Was my first cycle ever.
Now 5 years later to gain 20 pounds I need double the dosages or more.

I’m 5’10, I was much like you. I was 24 years old and 135lbs. Scrawny and sickly looking. I got to 170 entirely naturally and always stayed below 10% body fat. But my body just didn’t want to grow after that. So I’m sympathetic of the ectomorph life, like I said, he’s ripped and has a good physique. He’s just still small, even at 5’7 which I think is what he said. Let me reiterate, he’s small for the amount of cycles and doses per cycle that he’s running.
Oh I agree that he’s still small for having been using the gear he said, especially Tren.
Maybe his UG wasn’t really good, might change a lot with better gear.
I think he needs more food to be honest. I’ve cut 5lbs in 4 weeks while still eating my maintenance of 3700 calories. He’s eating below 3k. We’re all differently , but that’s my guess. He’s lean and has a good bit of muscle for being lean, probably diet related too.

I’ve only used Alpha and had no issues.
as for cals why not eat:
150g oats, 300g greek yogurt, 125g cottage cheese, 30g honey, 50g peanut butter, 150g frozen fruits. Blended
200g basmati, 200g 5% mince, sauce of choice
gym
scoop whey
200g basmati, 200g chicken, sauce of choice
protein bar
that comes to around 3800 cals, 240g protein, 500g carbs, 80g fat
that is easy to eat if you start early
No we cannot talk UGL, my advice is to go on other forums that allow sources and read their reviews. Another member here made that suggestion for me, and I’ve got the best quality stuff I’ve ever used.
Have you ever tried to eat ~3500 calories of healthy food. Ectomorph generally can handle pretty high amounts of carbs without gaining much fat. I eat quite clean, but I eat 1-2 large pizzas a week to help grow. That’s pretty much my only cheat.
I eat a lot of basmati rice, white rice at times, avocado, broccoli, 99% fat free turkey, and chicken, eggs. I eat a few servings a week of London broil as well.
I think Thaiger is the best of those, since they also have verification codes that can be verified on the website, plus updated lab results for each product.
Meditech was probably the worse, it’s faked a lot and even the original is often underdosed.
May I ask where you are from? That could give me some insight of maybe what you can get.

Ah yeah could be a factor, depends per person.
I can gain weight on even 3000 cals (on gear), but of course quicker with higher calls tho.
If off gear no way, I would have to eat way more to gain.
