Yessir . . I think I’m doing something right food wise as the scale has stayed the same over the past 4-5 months, hovering around 212-214, but my shirts have definitely gotten tighter in the shoulders/chest region

I picked up a turkey breast at the grocery store last evening for next to nothing as it was marked down due to needing to be sold by that day . . cubed it up and cooked it and added jasmine rice and salsa . . that was breakfast this morning along with a piece of a porterhouse steak from last evening
lunch will be smoked brisket and mashed potatoes from the Mennonite deli in town and supper will be bone-in pork chops and chicken thighs on the grill with more jasmine rice

thanks man! Just trying to be like you. It looks like most of your sessions are super intense. You train at home, correct? I go to two different gyms and it’s just amazing to me how so many people lack any sort of intensity at all in their workouts. I’m talking 80+% of people I see when I’m there just haphazardly get through a set of lat pulldowns or whatever and then scroll tiktok for 5 minutes before their next set and never even break a sweat their entire time there.
Yes sir! Andi appreciate that! I train in the garage 90% of the time! I totally know what you mean and that’s part of the beauty of training at home. I just have my phone on the table, connected To the sound system and write all of my sets into my notebook just as Dorian intended lol

later workout today as we camped out at the river last night and then the daughter had a couple horse show events this afternoon; that was ok as there was only one other person in the gym at this time . . had 4 eggs, a protein shake and a handful of blackberries for breakfast . . two turkey thighs, a bowl of rice and a little smoked ribs leftover from yesterday for lunch . . two grilled pork chops, another bowl of jasmine rice and a banana, oat, whey, peanut butter powder shake about an hour preworkout . . and am about to grill 4 lamb chops and a grass fed NY strip steak with more rice for supper

I was the same. Been destroying it in the gym lately but today I just wasn’t feeling it. Everything seemed hard. Might be a lack of sleep the last few nights? Oh well, one more day tomorrow and then three days off training as I’ll be traveling. Might catch a hotel gym WO but more likely I’ll just get cardio in.

yeah she wants to play softball next year (we have horses and she rides a couple times a week now) so I told her she should start working out and she asked if she could go with . . so I think she’s going to go at least once a week going forward and hit a little legs and back
