Knowing how long to run cycles for and how long to be off, is definitely quite a work. It needs to be also timed in relation to training programs, diet programs, and rehab. I have found it helpful to lose size and back off a little because it not only gives the body much needed rest, and repair, never mind removal of the drugs, and toxins, it also establishes new training momentum as you regain muscle memory gains that you can sling-shot through into new size gains, while still using comparatively low doses, to users that never come off. Do you come completely ‘off’ nowadays, or do you do HRT? I know ‘off’ for many is a HRT dose of test.
My test levels ‘off’ are low normal. I’ve done enough investigations to know that I’ve always had a low sperm count, and likely aways was on the lower side of average for test levels… explains why I always responded well to using tribulis years ago when I was natural.

I am 35 now, so definitely past my peak output of natural testosterone, So now I do HRT by choice as it improves my quality of life over being completely off.
Me too, it seemed pointless to come off, crash and then just wait to go back on and start playing ‘catch up’.

I find this to become very interesting.

I’m 32 myself and have been working out for more than 11 years. Started to cycle after 10 years. Now I’m almost at the end of a 12 week cycle (Test E 750mg, 4 weeks Dbol 60mg/4 weeks off/4 weeks 30mg, HCG last month up till PCT, 4 weeks Nolva PCT).

In my experience it’s harder to recover from such cycles (at my age) and I’m looking into shorter versions with lesser impact on HTPA recovery.

My future cycles will have Test P and some other short esthers.

I’m do want to know what kind of cycles Prisoner and Bonez prefer.

very quickly, I tend to use light drugs, to regain whatever lost gains, and then add in heavier drugs in 4-8 week increments as I go. Alot of it depends on how training is going etc, but the key for me has always been maximizing results with the lighter compounds such as a small dose of test with primo or eq, and then add in var… maybe some masteron, wait a while, then up the test, add in dbols, and finally add in tren and a little winstrol. Usually at this point I am settling into or just about to settle into a contest prep.

The key for me is saving the stronger drugs for breaking through old plateaus and getting new gains… Once I’ve exhausted that and the diet has begun, really the variables are training and diet, Drugs become the constant.
