At 43 get bloodwork done and see where your test levels are at . After a cycle maybe it’s best to stick to trt and not pct. First cycle test only 300-500 mgs . Even for me test at 250mgs makes me huge so I always thought high test was too much .14-16 weeks on a long ester . If you were to pct then do clomed nolvadex and hcg. You can look up the dosages for that. I’ll let you do some research .if no pct I would go back to a light test dosage . Again bloodwork would be needed to see what that dosage can keep you in high normal
You might need an AI if you retain too much water or converts to estrogen . Everyone is different . Aromasin is good . Bloodwork after a few weeks to see what your estrogen is at or have sides . And you can change dosage .
