Crossfit Open 13.1

MEN - includes Masters Men up to 54 years old
Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 17 minutes of:
40 Burpees
75 pound Snatch, 30 reps
30 Burpees
135 pound Snatch, 30 reps
20 Burpees
165 pound Snatch, 30 reps
10 burpees
210 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible

anybody on here doing this?

AJ Roberts got all 30 reps on the 135 and 5 burpies
about 15000 people so far in the world outperformed AJ. I hope he stays with it, his strength plus his work ethic would be amazing to watch to see how he changes and adapts.

I did but I’m in the higher Masters Div. Got 159 reps. I liked the endurance…but programming a bit crazy re - heavier weights when fatigued and just a shoulder killer unless technique was perfect; mine wasn’t!

I am doing it. Learnt how terrible my snatch form is, especially fatigued after a series of no reps at 135#, then pushing out 4 measly reps after some rest.

13.2 is on. It is a killer too!
