Dropped 32 pounds in the last 3 months.
Currently at 160 lbs, 15% BF, goal is to be 10-12% bodyfat
Diet - Low carb diet, 150 grams of protein, 50 grams of fat per day.
I dont count calories or carbs, but i know that im in a defeciet because of the portion size and frequency of intake (i only eat carbs with breakfast and lunch, in small quantities)
Put together a simple, safe clenbuterol cycle to boost up the fat loss.

Gonna be supplementing with taurine, potassium (2 bananas with breakfast or post workout), fish oil (1000mg), caffeine (100mg), multivitamins, 500mg vitamin C and 50mg zinc everyday
Will probably take a few puffs of pot before i go to bed to help with the sleep deprivation as it is cheaper than benadryl in my city.
