You should shoot it in the head and bury it. I’m serious. Unless it’s a breed that has been bred specifically to protect property from intruders, such as Rottweilers. If it’s a terrier, this is a sign of poor breeding and it should be put down since terriers have been bred to protect property from other animals.
This is what should be done to pitbulls that exhibit this behavior, for instance. Pits are not meant to show any human aggression at all and should be euthanized if they exhibit this flaw so that the flaw cannot be passed on to other dogs. If it’s old, it’s not going to be bred, but it does represent a danger to children, yourself and even their owners. I know this sounds harsh, but it’s reality. I suppose I should have asked what breed it is beforehand and whether it is familiar with you or not. If it isn’t a watchdog-type breed and it IS familiar with you, it should be euthanized.

I disagree, for many reasons. But I’m not going to wnag wave with someone that can’t read.
Read his post again, he tells you what breed it is, and that is isn’t even his fucking dog.
I would leave it alone at this point. Regardless of you thinking you are pretty good with dogs, you have most likley just been around good dogs who like you. If you are good with dogs, you would not be asking for advice. Leave the dog alone and when your friends pick it up, tell them of the behavior and let them deal with it. If they don’t deal with it, don’t watch the dog again.
