Corporations feel the pressure

Good point.

Can I give you a call?

The only thing dumber than the title of this thread is the actual video you posted. I listened to the whole thing and am now worse off for doing so.

I am completely unsurprised that you find Jimmy Dore to be a good source of information and discussion worthy.

Are you going to se him when he goes on tour? You could get a bus, paint some communist crap on it and connect with people just like you as you follow the Jimmy Dore tour.

The drugs you can try on tours like that can actually make people like you more intelligent than you normally are. Most people lose a few decades of cognitive and social development on that stuff, but I see bright skies for you.

Ask around for a fella named Skeeter.

And what is your good corporate source of information?

And which part is stupid IYO? Please explain.

Which one are we talking about?

And regarding worship, which one of us is constantly proselytizing?

It depends on the type of information Iā€™m looking for. If Iā€™m looking for information about local politics, lately I take advantage of technology to stay informed by watching government proceedings. I supplement this by again using technology to read the actual laws and policies.

If Iā€™m looking for information about the effectiveness of a boycott, I wouldnā€™t trust the word of a guy who has been wrong in nearly all of his analyses for his entire hack career.

Generally speaking, if someone has an opinion that they can support with facts, Iā€™m mostly willing to hear them out. Dore presented very few facts, just tenuous connections he wants the viewer to take at face value.

He is simply weaving a broad narrative that resonates with people like you because of the fundamentally rotten political ideology you believe in. Factual evidence is the enemy of your ideology, which is why people like Dore serve an important purpose with his nonsense assertions that attempt to support the delusional beliefs.

The complete lack of supporting evidence that what you assert in the thread title is true. While Iā€™m sure any organized boycott can have some effect on a companyā€™s performance, Dore simply assumes that events in the corporate world must be a result of a boycott and not any of the other countless factors that a global business contends with.

All he needs are viewers that donā€™t have any critical thinking skills to nod along in agreement, which people like you are always ready to do. Just as you are ready to run society off of a cliff with your faith based policies that cause broad social, cultural and economic harm everywhere they are implemented.

Racist.

Crapitalism.

Which one of us pushes a system that kills and is seen as something to aspire to as long as another buck can be made?

Care to mention a few examples and explain how you came up with your conclusions?

So did the boycotts work or not?

You must be talking about the scourge of late-stage capitalism, where you are rewarded for killing people as long as you can make more money.

Estupido.

At this point, no. I have no interest in consuming more of his crappy content. It is predictable Marxist narrative weaving Iā€™ve heard time and time again. I donā€™t actually need to listen to it to know what they will say at this point.

If this makes you feel better, have at it.

And you wonder why you are considered a racist.

Are any companies paying their executives shitty salaries and then using that for advertising?

Or does any company show off itā€™s great worker safety record as a way to get more customers?

Does this not happen? It doesnā€™t make me feel better. It makes me feel sorry for people like you, who are still duped by the system. A lot of people have to suffer for others slavish beliefs.

In other words no. I donā€™t have any valid arguments so Iā€™d rather pretend than ask questions of my beliefs.

Or I have no valid arguments for my beliefs. Iā€™d rather bury my head in the sand and keep pretending.

Ahhhā€¦ no that is just mere projection on your part.

Well, I am sixty percent Polish by heritage. Your ideas donā€™t seem to be catching on there at all. Especially after being imposed on them by Soviets with tanks for a few decades.
