Considering TRT in 6 Months, Need to Use Online Clinic

I don’t have an answer. You either need it or you don’t. Go find a doctor and consult.

Even if you find the cause of low T, there will be nothing you can do about it. You have low T so treat it and move on with your life.

The majority of the time the cause of low T is unknown, testosterone is just low with no apparent cause.

Usually. Sometimes it’s due to medicine or life style and it can go backup if young enough. Other times if it’s too low , then your kinda screwed.

Do I really want to wait another year to see if it works? No not really.

That’s why I said “it mustn’t not be bad enough if your questioning it”

Yesterday I did another blood work. Most of it is done, but the most important: SHBG and Free Test are not ready yet: Some of the important results:

TSH S 1.73 µIU/ml 0.27 - 4.20 ECLIA
LH S 2.65 IU/L 1.70 - 8.60 ECLIA
FSH S 1.13 IU/L 1.5 - 12.40 ECLIA
Prolactin S 352.60 mIU/L 84.80 - 318 ECLIA
Estradiol S 16.04 ng/L 7.63 - 42.60 ECLIA
Testosterone S 14.14 nmol/l 9.90 - 27.80 ECLIA
DHEA-s S 8.63 µmol/l 4.34 - 12.20 ECLIA
25-OH-Vitamin D S 41.35 ng/ml ECLIA
TotalCholesterol(Chol.) S 3.91 mmol/l 3.5 - 5.20 PHOT
HDL-Cholesterol(HDL-C) S 1.31 mmol/l > 1.5 PHOT
LDL-Cholesterol(LDL-C) S 2.59 mmol/l 0 - 3.35 PHOT
(Tg) S 0.51 mmol/l 0 - 1.70 PHOT
Glucose S 5.19 mmol/l 2.80 - 6.10 HK

As you can see the problem seems to be in my pituitary. LH is low and FSH is below accepted boundaries. Also LDL and HDL are bad. I will try to arrange NMR for the pituitary now I applied for it because it is expensive(300 dollars). I will get its result before proceeding with a consultation with an American doctor, I want to give him as much data as possible to work with.

Before I choose any therapy whether TRT or other I want to go to the bottom and cause of the issue. I understand it may never be found, but I will try everything possible. Seems with me a possible diagnose for the low free test is some initial form of secondary hypogonadism or at least my pituitary is not acting as it should.

I did NMR and it turned out most probably I have micro adenoma. They say it is not cancer, but slowly rises my prolactin. The first doctor recommends treatment with medications for lowering prolactine. I will go to at least three more doctors. Are Defy Medical competent in this?

Defy Medical is competent in all area of the endocrine disorders, more competent than most doctors.

I’m going to reach out to them as I found him watching some Jay Campbell videos. How much are you paying monthly?
