Hey, I have recently had problems with my left arm right where the lower bicep attatches, I think it may a tendon, because it hurts all the way up the arm, that, or the part of the bicep that conects to my arm(duh, lol). Well, the weird thing is, it only hurts when I work my chest, bare with me, because I’m not too sure what it could be, but I was wondering what kind of supplements really help with strengthening that connective tissue? I mean, like you can get glucosamine and stuff like that for your joints, you can supplement for just about everything you can think of, and have it specific, I want to know about the connective tissue, what I need, and where I can get it ( also cost, too, money doesn’t grow on trees 'round here, lol)thanx for all tha help
EPA/DHA Fish oils are a good natural anti-inflammatory.
Glucosamine, chondroitin and MSM are good for joint support as well.
To be honest though, it sounds like you need to get some ART done on your brachialis. It will hurt like hell, but you won’t have this problem anymore.
Stay strong
Mike

Thanx for tha help, Mike, but tell me, what do you mean when you say ‘ART’?
He’s referring to Active Release Therapy.
It’s a type of technique utilized by Chiropractors to help damaged, scarred tissue.
