Could you please look at my mini forum I made “desperate for help”

I have never taken finasteride/steroids/anti depressants, or anything like that. I became ill about 3 years ago at the age of 21. Erections gone, numb genitals, no libido, cold penis, frequent urination, stress incontience, dry tired eyes, musky body odor.

Total T is in the upper 600’s , while e2 is 12(11-45) dht is also low at 176 (300-850)

Thanks in advance.

Are you the competitive soccer player who dieted down for years?

dieted for from around july-december 2016. Also looking back I think the symptoms started before the diet. The symptoms caused me to go on the diet if that makes sense.

This is you right? Im sorry but I don’t want to go digging through old posts.

Yes it me, It looks like I have been getting more and more symptoms, face feels itchy, like dry itchy. I was watching a video on youtube and a guy was mentioning that e2 is needed to sensitize Androgen Receptors? So basically if you have low e2 your androgen receptors are insensitive?

Also I read that in normal males when e2 is low dht is low, and when one is high the other is high too?

What is your free T? Shbg?

That e2 is very low. I would almost bet that is your problem. Or at least part of it.

Free was given in a percentage value

free test 2.56% (1.53-.2.88)
shbg 19 (18-54)

First 3 endos brushed me off. The 4th one said that its not my testosterone he is worried about its “carriers” that are low (shbg). He told me to come back with new blood results in a month and that I should get treatment through injections/gels.

I came back and he pretty much said it was all in my head, and that I should see a sex therapist?

It is obvious to me that my problems are from either Low Dht or Low E2 or a combination of both. What I dont know is what would cause a healthy 21 year old male to just lose libido, penis sensitivty, general quality of like over a few days? I have not had any relief in symptoms over the last 3 years.

I should add that my E2 test 12(11.5-45) was done on the regular estradiol test not the ultra sensitive one that most reccomended to me.

Have you sought out the advice of a urologist? Didn’t physiologik give you some advice last year? I mean your situation is clearly beyond the scope of a Testosterone replacement forum. Are you on TRT? What supplements do you take? Have you had ALL of your bloodwork done measuring things like pregnenalone, DHEA, iron, boron, vitamin D, vitamin B, thyroid panels, ferritin, IGF, etc etc etc.

What does your GP say about this? I mean something seems really fucked up based on what you are saying. You may need to pay out of pocket to get the proper care (if in US). Unfortunately the best doctors don’t take insurance.

I’ve seen 3-4 urologists. With ultrasounds of prostate/bladder. They all say the bladder gets fill and empties completley. I still experience Stress incontinence all throughout the day. I am not on TRT, and never was. I tried Creatine, Ashwaganda and thats about it.

All bloods are normal accept the following.
Low- DHT, E2
Elevated- DHEA-S, GGT, ALT , BILLIRUBIN, URIC ACID,

Unbelievable…

Ive looked over your Cry For Help topic and I am curious if you have tried ANY of the advice given there. Have you tried to supplement pregnenolone, DHEA, l-tyrosine (for dopamine) etc?

The estrogen is thought to regulate more than just receptors, but hearing as well. High estrogen can produced tinnitus, ringing in the ears. DHT is another one, high DHT enhances libido and sensitivity down below and also stimulates the gland in the skin to produce oils.

Your skin issues are related to low DHT.

I hope I dont sound like im not soaking in information. I am sure my problems are 100% hormonal (low dht+low e2) . After doing my research and having seeing my own experience in life. Young males do not get hormonal issues unless

A) They were born with them
B) Overweight
C) Steroid Abuse, Alcohol Abuse etc…
D) Pituitary Tumor

Seeing as I do not fit into any of these categories I was wondering what would cause a natural 21 year old male to just randomly feel like 1.2% of his old self? What could be suppressing the Estradiol, DHT?

I have seen the recommendations that people have suggested but my vitamin B12 levels are fine. I was wondering if I should try something like Tribulus or w.e? Clomid?

I don’t want to take something that could make me worse or shrink my penis. I already have bad symptoms…

What number is fine? My b12 was 750 (250-1250) and b12 supplementation has helped me tremendously. My testosterone level was fine but TRT has helped me tremendously.
