Compound Moves Only Lead to Injury?

I train in all compound movements, I barely due any isolation moves except when it comes to my abdominals. Can anything bad come from this, something along the lines of injury?

These are the moves I stick to, just off the top of my head:
Clean and Jerks, Push Press, One-Arm Snatches, Squats, Deadlifts, Pull-ups, Chin-ups, Push-ups, Dips, Barbell Rows, Bench Press, Lunges, Calf Jumps, Renegade Rows, Swings, and more…

Why would it lead to injury? You’re pretty much using the body as it was designed to move as a functional integrated system.

In this case, dare I say, no isolation is due.

Nah you’ll be fine dude. As long as you ensure that you’re balanced by doing as many pulling movements as pushing etc, you’ll be fine.

It can’t hurt to add a little iso in at the end though, on pull days i usually do 2 sets of DB curls at the end as a finisher.
