Instant coffee is just dehydrated coffee.
Sure it may not be from the best beans…but you save money ( especially if you compare what a cup of instant would be to a Starbuck’s coffee!) and time.
I drink coffee before I go to the gym at 6:30AM so it’s great to put a spoon or two of instant coffee into a thermos and add hot water (I have a hot water dispenser that’s always ready with piping hot water) and my coffee is ready in 10 seconds.
If anyone out there adds sugar and milk/cream to their coffee yet complains about instant can go suck an egg!
