Hello, I’m currently in a calorie deficit, working according to the Real Fast Fat Loss program, and I feel like it’s not enough of a workout for me. I’ve tried adding weight (to those exercises that use weights) but am having trouble keeping my form.
So I was wondering if there was any other program that I incorporate into my routine? I know that muscles need rest, but I’m willing to work hard and maybe take supplements that will help me.
