I bleed Orange. Syracuse is the most underrated team in the country this year. They have the talent to go toe to toe with anyone, including UNC. The only question is whether or not Boeheim will trust his bench enough to let the Freshmen develop so they can contribute later in the season when injuries and fatigue can be a factor.

But, their first 8 are as solid as any out there. Jonny Flynn is awesome at the point. You’ll be hard pressed to find a more athletic player in the country than Paul Harris and Arinze Onuaku is a beast in the middle.

Syracuse is alright but they ain’t in the same league as even the top teams in the Big East, much less a team like UNC. They went 9-9 in the Big East last year and they lose Donte Green. They better hope Devendorf is back to his freshman form because 'Cuse is small and last year they couldn’t really shoot- not a good combo.

I agree they will be better and maybe they could make a run at the Sweet 16 is a lot of things broke right, but they aren’t close to the best teams in the country.

Too bad it’s only a local broadcast because I know how bad all of you want to watch my Rams surge to the top 25.

They’re better without Greene. The guy disappeared for long stretches, his defense sucked, and he couldn’t rebound for shit. They got Devendorf and Rautins back, both of whom missed all or most of last season, so shooting shouldn’t be much of a problem.

I think they’re top 4-5 in the BE, which puts them in the company of the best teams in the country. They may be small on paper, but they just outrebounded Florida and Kansas in back to back nights and once they turned up the defensive pressure, neither of those teams could play with them.
