Activator,
From what I have seen, the only people who find success on Clomid are those on 12.5 EOD or 12.5 ED. For me, 12.5 shot me to over 1000 ng/dl as opposed to 25mg a day which kept me at 600 with super high estrogen. I felt gains at the gym like you for a short time on Clomid then everything stopped working and actually became worse.
I have belly fat like you, but its a symptom of low t and underactive thyroid… but I think overall, more low t, specificailly belly fat is a specific symptom. I am only fat on my belly, nowhere else and I always exercised.
Glad to hear you are doing good sexually, I wasn’t so lucky. Clomid helped at first then made it impossible to get an erection, even with 100mg of viagra.
KSMAN is right about the thyroid. Unusual TSH is a a symptom but nobody will diagnose you until you get your T3 and T4 checked as well. I never tested for T3 because the government testing body refused (even though my doctor ordered it) because my TSH was “in range” on provincial labs, even though by US standards, at 4.97 miu/L it would be considered underactive.
Stress can apparently lower t, but I doubt if you were suffering for a long period of time that your problem would be stress related. I had ample stress as a child, when my problem started at 15. Some people think that stress can destroy your adrenal glands, but it seems to just be a theory that is not proven medically.
You need to do repeat testing for your testosterone to be sure. Temperature is apparently a given for underactive thyroid, like you, I am always under 37 too.
