How does the anxiety from clen compare to caffiene?
The reason I ask if because even 200mg caffiene gets me pretty anxious and it is definitly not comfortable. I am thinking of taking clen, but if it was significantly worse than caffiene that would suck.
If you slowly taper up your dose to the target amount you’re looking for then the sides are almost unnoticeable IMO. However, because it downregulates quickly increasing your dose soo slowly means that by the time you get to where you wanna be you have to go off soon. Unless you get some ketotifen/benadryl, then you can use it for around 6 weeks. I’ve had a few people I train do this and they’ve had little problems. Then again they probably don’t have any real issues with stimulant sensitivity like you do/might.
