Christian T...ab circuit

Hey Christian, i train at home and do not have a back extension bench. I was wondering if you could give me a few thoughts on what some suitable replacements would be for gagne’s cyclone…Thanks alot…Mike

heres what i did b/c my gym does not have one either. lay sideways on a bench (so you and the bench make a ‘cross’), with the top of your hip at the end of the bench, then prop your feet underneath something (i did it with the dumbell rack), and it works just the same.

You could do what I shall now call “The Stork”. Do the Gagne’s cyclone while standing on one leg and bending your torso and hips so that your upper body is parallel to the ground. In other words, stand on your two feet, bend sideways, lift the opposite leg of the ground for balance. Then perform the exercise as recommended.

This may actually make it a more effective (much harder though) exercise.
