Mine is a car number plate i saw. Its a phrase that is commonly used by young Italian/Greek guys here in Australia. Something you say when you speak highly of some one…eg ‘You know Guido? He’s a sikunt’. Its sick followed by the ‘c’ word that a lot of people find offensive.

I have my Sandman graphic novels next to me. ‘Fables & Reflections’ just leapt out at me when I was pondering. Like a tiger, in a way.
